Poppy Strength

I am still enjoying going back and adding to old journal pages that could use a little lettering something. I wrote this with an Elegant Writer Marker Broad point calligraphy marker. I think it worked out pretty well with no planning and just a... ready, set... go for it.  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This time it worked and I like it.

Your poppies are probably the best out there in art world.....I can just see them moving with the breeze...they make me happy! I love the new direction your art is going but PLEASE don't stop painting with watercolors....your watercolors are always beautiful [not that your oils are not] - I am a big fan of watercolor!

Good wishes for a happy weekend....
